Delete your account

Effective 24 October 2026

You can delete your Khetvasi Connect account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. This works the same for the Khetvasi Connect app, the Khetvasi Connect for Business app and the website, because they share one account.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

Open the app or go to connect.khetvasi.com/account and sign in.
Scroll to Your data and privacy.
Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you want a copy of your data first, tap Download my data on the same screen.

Can't sign in? Ask us by email

Email support@khetvasi.com from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We may send a one-time code to confirm it's you, and we complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email, mobile number, Google link, profile photo and password.
Your posts, reviews, chats, events, Bhandaras, Toli group plans, notifications and the photos you uploaded.
Your business listings, ads and store, unless customers have placed orders with that store (see below).
Any active autopay is cancelled, so no further money is taken.

What is kept, and for how long

Order, payment and invoice records, without your name or contact details, for up to 8 years because Indian tax and GST law requires it.
A business that has customer orders is hidden from everyone instead of deleted, so those customers keep their order history.
Security logs of the deletion for one year.
