This notice explains what personal data Khetvasi Connect ("we", "us") collects when you use the website connect.khetvasi.com and our Android apps (Khetvasi Connect and Khetvasi Connect for Business), why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have as a Data Principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. We act as the Data Fiduciary for your data.

We do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partners.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you create an account and accept this notice. Your consent is limited to the purposes listed above. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by deleting your account at /delete-account. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.
Where the DPDP Act allows it without consent (a "legitimate use"), we may also process data to comply with a law, a court order or a request from a government authority, or to respond to a medical emergency or threat to safety.
We share only what each partner needs to do its job, under contracts that require them to keep it safe (Data Processors):
Other members see what you choose to publish: your listing, post, review, event or Bhandara, and your name in chats you start. A business you order from sees your name, order and delivery details. Some partners may store data outside India; any transfer follows the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.

We answer every request within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity with a one-time code first.
Khetvasi Connect is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not track, profile or target advertising at children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sign-in codes only as keyed hashes, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Rules require.
We use only cookies needed for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering the location you shared, and your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed to opt out of them.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once you have used our grievance process.
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and ask for your consent again inside the app before the change applies to you.
Khetvasi Connect केवल वही जानकारी लेता है जो सेवा देने के लिए ज़रूरी है: नाम, ईमेल, मोबाइल नंबर, आपकी अनुमति से लोकेशन, और आपके द्वारा डाली गई फ़ोटो व पोस्ट। हम आपका डेटा कभी नहीं बेचते। डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 के तहत आप अपना डेटा देख सकते हैं, डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, सुधार सकते हैं और अकाउंट डिलीट करके मिटा सकते हैं। सहमति कभी भी वापस ली जा सकती है। शिकायत के लिए हमारे शिकायत अधिकारी (Nihal Ranjan) को support@khetvasi.com पर लिखें; हम 30 दिनों में जवाब देंगे। संतुष्ट न होने पर आप डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड ऑफ़ इंडिया में शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
