Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give true details when you sign up, keep your sign-in codes and password private, and tell us at once if your account is misused.
• One person may hold one general account and one business account.

Khetvasi Connect is a hyperlocal platform where people discover verified local businesses, offers, rooms, second-hand items, events and community Bhandaras, and where businesses list themselves, post updates, advertise, run a virtual store and answer group-buying (Toli) requests. We are an intermediary: unless we say otherwise, the goods and services listed are sold by the businesses and members themselves, not by us.

• You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and resize it so the service works, until you delete it.
• Do not post anything illegal, false, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or that shares someone else's personal data without permission.
• Room and resell posts must describe real items and places you are entitled to offer, with honest prices and brokerage.
• Bhandara photos must be live photos of the real event. Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience.
• We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules or the law, and we act on valid complaints as the IT Rules, 2021 require.

• Business details, prices, offers and photos must be accurate and lawful, and you must hold any licence your trade needs.
• "Khetvasi Verified" means we checked the listing at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of quality.
• You are responsible for the goods and services you sell, their delivery, taxes, warranties and refunds.
• Plans, ads and store subscriptions run for the period you pay for. Autopay renews monthly until you cancel it; cancelling stops the next charge.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments or Razorpay.
• Store orders can be cancelled as shown at checkout. A cancelled online order is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
• Plans, ads, boosts and subscriptions start as soon as they are paid and are not refundable once they start, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to deliver them.
• If a payment fails or is charged twice, write to support@khetvasi.com and we will sort it out.

• Break the law, defraud others, or use the service for spam, scraping or automated access.
• Try to get around security, access other accounts, or interfere with how the service runs.
• Pretend to be someone else, or create fake reviews, votes or attendance.

The service is provided "as is". Listings, posts and offers come from businesses and members, and we cannot promise they are complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for dealings between you and a business or another member. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You can delete your account at any time from Account or by following these steps. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Paid periods already used are not refunded.

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Questions or complaints, including about content on the platform, go to our Grievance Officer, Nihal Ranjan, at support@khetvasi.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as the IT Rules require.
